Looking fierce in a mix of Monika Chiang (blazer and shoes), YSL (bag) and Prabal Gurung (pants), model Elettra Wiedemann showed no mercy on the streets of New York when it came to her standout style. Have to admit, it's an eclectic mix (those pants!), especially in cold weather, but I love a girl who embraces creative freedom to wear whatever the heck she wants. Plus, I just interviewed Elettra, and she was truly so genuine and sweet! We like that.

NYFW Frenzy

You guys, I am SO sorry for not updating in awhile!! Totally unlike me--but if you could see the crazy, insane schedule I am on, you'd understand! I have been traveling nonstop for the last three weeks straight, getting very sleep and running myself ragged! But everything has been a whirlwind adventure and I am loving every minute of it. I'm still in New York for Fashion Week, busier than ever, shooting new fashion videos for typeF (more on that later!)

I have tons and tons of and tons of photos and videos to share, but I have to get some shut-eye tonight before my early call time tomorrow morning! I promise, when life calms down in a few days (and maybe after a much-needed massage), I will be updating The Fabulous File like crazy.

Happy Fashion Week!

I won't lie, sometimes I kick myself for leaving New York. Usually whenever I'm watching Gossip Girl, but most definitely when Fashion Week rolls around, I feel a twinge of jealousy that I'm not there, running around to the shows and stomping around the sidewalks in heels like I used to.



I actually do still get invited to a number of the shows despite the fact that I am all the way in LA, so depending on what I'm doing this time next season, maybe I'll be able to make it out come February (when it's bitterly cold outside, and you're limited to stomping around the sidewalks in tall boots instead.)

New York, New York!

On my way for a long, fabulous weekend trip to NYC with my sister! Can't wait to romp around, see all of my old spots, hang with my fave east coasters, get my hair done at Mark Garrison, hit up all of the amazing sample sales (I'll report back, don't worry!) and celebrate Nikki's 25th birthday! Can you believe it's been a YEAR since I left!??
