Michelle's Inaugural Look
The First Lady looked picturesque in a chartreuse lace wool sheath dress and coat by Isabel Toledo this morning. Her fashion choice was decidedly elegant and chic, but also largely hinted at a deliberate understated panache and boldness. The color choice, though tricky to pull of on most skin tones, was eye-catching and vibrant on her.
