Marimekko Madness

Marimekko for CB2
Did you know that CB2 (the cooler, hipper sibling of Crate and Barrel) has an exclusive collection compliments of Finnish textile design leader Marimekko? I'm a fan of both brands, so it's no surprise I rather like these modernized floral sheets (currently on sale at CB2.com):
Okay, so it's not pink (which has been a prerequisite for all of my personal home decor); but it is impressively both retro and modern, and the color combination is outrageously unexpected (at least for me) and exciting all at the same time.
And speaking of the eye-popping color combo and print, I happen to rather like this vibrant DKNY Ikat strapless dress ($345 at Net-a-Porter.com), as well:
