WWD reports that ubiquitous denim line 7 For All Mankind has plans to push through in Asia, opening several store locations in Korea later this year.
When 7 exploded into the denim world circa 2001, the designer jean jungle was practically untapped. Nowadays, I can barely remember a time when jeans actually cost less than $160 (for starters.)
It's nice to see that 7 has maintained its longevity over the years, primarily because they have stuck to what they're good at. Great cuts and flattering fits are always a classic. They've stayed on track and I think consumers appreciate a tried-and-true jean without all of the bells and whistles.
Did you know they also run in Petite lengths? Probably a smart move as they try to capitalize on the Asian market. Just sayin.
