Don't get me wrong, I live in breezy sun dresses all season long, but I'd never make it through a summer without a few trusty American Apparel tanks packed in my bag, too. They come in a huge range of colors (I own a myriad of pink varieties, as well as the navy and evergreen shades), and are perfect for working out in, throwing on over a bathing suit, or mixing and matching with cute shorts or skirts. They're well made (I've had one for at least three years now, and it's still in great shape) and are cut in a flattering, longer length.
