Coming to a Sephora Near You...

If girly glam is your thing (and I know it's mine!), then you're probably all too familiar with jewelry queen Tarina Tarantino. But now, the line goes beyond Hello Kitty-infused pendants and bedazzled barrettes--TT is rolling out a makeup line that just hit Sephora nationwide. I attended the launch party for the line last week in Hollywood and got doused in shimmer powder shortly after my arrival. (Not complaining!)

Her collection features eyeshadow, eye liner, shimmer powder and spray (for hair or body), lip gloss and more.

Birthday Sparkles!

Today was my sister's birthday, so during our day-of-fun, we stopped by Tarina Tarantino's boutique on Melrose, because we adore all things sparkly, and so does TT.

We spied this neutral pink sparkly stretchy headband with a glittering flower clip affixed to it and quickly snatched it off the display.



Jody wore it low around her forehead in true indie-rocker-girl-fashion, while I kept it sweet and traditional tucked behind my side swept bangs.

Could it be? A gorgeous new hair accessory (we could share) that actually complimented both of our unique styles?

Maybe so.

It was darling on both of us, for sure, but at $386 (WHAT. YES. REALLY.), we walked out empty-handed, yet ever-so-inspired.
