When it comes to eye makeup, I have a hard time straying from my usual routine of neutral shadows and black eyeliner (emphasis on the eyeliner!) As an editor, I'm constantly urging readers to experiment with bold colors or fun trends, but truth be told, I'm a scaredy cat myself. I spotted these magnificent liquid liners from Makeup Forever at Sephora last night, and picked up not one, but two! Black (per usual) and the shimmery navy blue. Bold! Exciting! Fresh!
