The Kate Spade Comeback

If anyone's been paying attention as closely as I have lately, it's safe to say that there's a fabulous new energy and creative direction at Kate Spade New York. Remember those iconic square tote handbags that were ubiquitous circa 2000? I know I owned quite a few at the time, but after riding out that wave for some time, the brand sadly fell by the wayside. Sure there were hidden gems like kitschy note cards and adorable home accents that garnered some attention, but for the most part, the line went under the radar for quite some time.

Enter Deborah Lloyd, the current Creative Director and Co-President who has since revamped the collection into a sassier, happier, more glamorous go-to brand within the last year. I've snapped up two wallets, several toiletry bags, a handbag and some jewels since she's been on board--and now I covet literally everything in the collection! Bravo!
