Cut It Out

I'm loving everything from the Halston Heritage line this fall--the collection strikes me as interesting yet wearable, and, of course, oh-so-effortlessly-chic. I've had my eyes on a cowl neck drapey dress since last month, but as I was hunting it down tonight, I caught wind of this sexy little number, and now I'm at a loss!

The cut-outs are still tasteful without looking cheap, but lends just enough sex appeal if need be.
