You've probably heard by now that ELLE fashion director Nina Garcia has accepted a new position at Marie Claire under editor-in-chief Joanna Coles, but The Daily had the exclusive long before anyone else.
According to FWD, Garcia will stay in her ELLE position under editor-in-chief Robbie Myers (who I've met & think the world of!) until September 1 (through the end of Project Runway's season five) and then begin her new post at Marie Claire on September 2.
Not to be mean, but let's be honest, who reads Marie Claire anymore? I'm a magazine junkie and I bypass that title every time I see it on newsstands.
Let's pray that Nina will shake things up over there and revamp that book stat.
