Hair Report: Color by Sherry Ratay

Uber-talented, award-winning colorist Sherry Ratay is based in Florida where she owns her own salon, travels nationally to educate others (she's an active board member of the Joico Color Council) and still manages to pop into L.A. regularly to cater to her west coast clients.

Her talent speaks for itself, so when I was invited to get my hair touched up by the expert herself at Gavert Atelier in Beverly Hills recently, I certainly couldn't say no! Sherry worked her magic on my long locks, spicing things up with multi-dimensional shades of honey, caramelized browns with lighter pieces framing my face. We agreed to brighten up all over and pull out the stubborn darker shades woven throughout my hair.

After my color, the amazing Mika Fowler gave me a bombshell blowout and I was ready to hit the town! I forgot to take pics right after my treatments, but recently snapped a few over the weekend (in Vegas!) and wanted to share my summer hair color:
