Beauty Junkie: Hot Tools Curling Iron

It's an oldie, but a goodie, which is why I felt compelled to do a post about my most beloved hair appliance. I have naturally super straight Asian hair, so unless I'm on my way to the gym, you'll probably never catch me in public without some sort of voluminous bounce/wave/curl to my hair.

I owe it all to my Hot Tools 1" Ceramic Tourmaline curling iron. It creates the perfect curl every time and always gets the job done thanks to its super speedy heat up and awesome protective technology.

Sadly, after a long run with my trusty iron, it fizzled and died on me over the weekend in Vegas. I thought I could manage with my arsenal of other tools (Sultra Bombshell iron, ghd flat iron, Conair irons of various barrel sizes, Enzo Milanos and more) for awhile, but after a few days of questionable styling attempts, I just didn't get the same look I was used to and had to head out to a beauty supply and snap up a Hot Tools iron ASAP.

Just goes to show you, some classics earn their keep.
