What's Your Power Color?

Do you have a power color? An amazing, fierce hue that makes you look (and feel) like a force to be reckoned with? For me, (or so I've been told), it's royal blue. A bold blue apparently empowers me and always turns heads. I often gravitate towards it for interviews or on-camera spots specifically for those reasons.

Earlier this week, I went to the NYLON Magazine 13th Anniversary Issue party, where I was feeling less than energetic beforehand. I contemplated skipping it out of pure exhaustion, but ended up throwing on a easy cut-out dress in cobalt blue from Nasty Gal and was suddenly good to go. I added a House of Harlow 1960 necklace to draw the eye a bit more vertically, and stepped out in black glitzy criss-cross heels from Diane von Furstenberg.
