L.A. Gets Lucky

So my fave fashion mag of all time, Lucky, has been hosting their major shopping event, Lucky Shops, in New York for eight years running and finally decided to take things west. Last weekend L.A. got our first first dose of Lucky Shops, and you know I was at the VIP launch party with bells on!

Plenty of designers like Theory, Helmut Lang, Barneys Co-Op, Isabel Lu, Claire Vivier, Shareen Vintage, Corey Lynn Calter, Rebecca Minkoff and more crowded into Siren Studios to entice savvy shoppers like Selma Blair, Cat Deeley (who confessed to me that she snapped up a pair of YSL shoes for $200), Michelle Tractenberg, Whitney Port, Mandy Moore and myself (!) with discounted wares. I have to admit the event was a bit overwhelming, especially when every stylish gal about town was duking it out for the good stuff.
